Are you a senior?

Would you like to join other seniors to learn urban pole walking, gentle exercises, and learn about subjects that affect your health and wellbeing?

Are you a young person interested in getting help with homework, finding work, meeting other youth for movie nights and discussion groups on topics that interest you, learning to be leader, and feeling good about yourself?

Are you a newcomer to this community, and need help to find English language classes, connect with services and resources to help you and your family get settled, or join other newcomers for fitness and health?

Are you parenting or caring for children from 0-5 years of age, and would like to join other parents and caregivers in a friendly, welcoming playgroup?

Do you want to learn more about healthy eating through one to one nutrition counseling, or plan and cook delicious, low cost, health recipes with others?

Are you part of a community group or organization wanting to make positive changes in your neighbourhood?
