  • Contact Ottawa -Access to voice mail and messaging service for people without telephones
  • Snowsuit Fund - Referrals to the program that offers free snowsuits for children from low-income families
  • Help with Completing Income Tax Returns - trained volunteers help low-income individuals to complete their income tax return
