Our health centre has a team of professionals which include physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, foot care nurses and chiropodists, counsellors, nutritionists and other health promoters.

Our Hours are:

Monday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

We ask you to:

  • call  two days ahead to make an appointment
  • call to cancel your appointment if you cannot come
  • call if a medication or treatment is causing you trouble or is not working
  • call to renew your medication two (2) days before you run out
  • not wear any scented products when you visit the Centre

A nurse is always available to answer your health questions or concerns and one of our medical secretaries can co-ordinate booking your appointments.

Anonymous HIV Testing:
Mon. Wed. & Fri. 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.

Help available, on call, 24 hours each day, every day.

    Please note:  SEO health care providers are no longer signing passport

    applications.  You no longer need the signature of a professional such as a

    doctor or lawyer to get a Canadian passport.  Please go to Passport Canada

Foot care services:

We offer nursing foot care services at the centre Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. A chiropodist is also available to our registered primary care clients once referred by one of our physicians.

Our foot care nurse also goes out into the community to provide outreach foot care clinics for the residents of 1455 Heatherington, 1680 Walkley Road, 2080 Russell Road, and 1455 Clementine every 6 to 8 weeks.

After hours services:

If you have an urgent problem after hours or on weekends, there is always a doctor on call. You may call 613-239-4070 and leave a message. The on-call doctor will get back to you.

If you have a concern about our service or like what we do, please tell your provider, speak to the Health Services Manager or write a note for the comment box in the reception waiting room.
