Community and Home Support Services

Community and Home Support Services are designed to ensure that seniors, aged sixty years or more, and adults with physical disabilities, living at home in South-East Ottawa, are linked up with appropriate and accessible services.

Community and Home support services promote the well-being and the independence of seniors and adults with disabilities and strengthen the helping bonds of friends and relations where possible. All seniors and adults with disabilities, living in their own homes, apartments, or boarding in a home are welcome to use this program.
