HOUSING SUPPORT

Are you looking for help with your housing needs?

We offer:

  • information and referral
  • assessment and assistance with problem-solving
  • eviction prevention through information and referral, advocacy or mediation
  • support to help families retain their housing
  • case management which is acting as a liaison between agencies and tenants, and advocacy, for example, writing letters of support
  • mediation e.g. between landlord and tenant or between neighbours
  • support with housing issues
  • information on housing and on human rights
  • community outreach and education for tenants
  • development of collaborative working relationships with social housing providers, other community partners and private landlords

We offer services in English, French, Somali and Cantonese. Translation is also available for people who speak other languages.
