Youth Programs

Youth Drop-In: Interactive workshops, health promotion activities, music, movies, cooking, employment help, etc. Every Thursday night from 6:00 - 9:00pm at the Heron Rd Community Centre  (1480 Heron Rd). You must be between the ages of 14 - 18 years to attend. For more information call James at 613-737-7195 ext 2393.

Multicultural Girls and Healthy Living Program:    Girls Aged 12-17                  Summer session, Fall session, Winter Session.                                                       Come and learn new skills, meet new friends, and have fun!  Healthy living workshops on nutrition, self-esteem and goal-setting, and activities such as aerobics, hiking, swimming…and trips!  If interested, call Kadra at 613-737-7195 ext. 2406 or email jamest@seochc.on.ca

Employment Support for Youth:  Ages 14 - 18  Wednesdays from 2-4 p.m.  or by appointment.  Get help with creating or polishing your resume, interview tips, etc. – call James ext. 2393 for more information.

Referrals and Supportive Counselling:   Youth, Parents, Caregivers and Service Providers are able to receive support and information about what resources are available in our community by contacting James, Youth Health Promotion Coordinator at 613-737-7195 x2393.
