What do we do??
Multicultural Girls and Healthy Living Program: Girls Aged 12-17 Summer session, Fall session, Winter Session. Come and learn new skills, meet new friends, and have fun! Healthy living workshops on nutrition, self-esteem and goal-setting, and activities such as aerobics, hiking, swimming…and trips! Employment Support for Youth:
Ages 14 - 18 Wednesdays from 2-4 p.m. or by
appointment. Get help with
creating or polishing your resume, interview tips, etc. – call

Referrals and Supportive Counselling:
Youth, Parents, Caregivers and Service Providers are able to
receive support and information about what resources are
available in our community by contacting
