It helps people find a family doctor or nurse practitioner. It may match you with one at SEOCHC or at another clinic close to your home.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can register in two ways:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Call 1-800-445-1822. The call is free.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Register online: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ontario.ca\/page\/find-family-doctor-or-nurse-practitioner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Find a family doctor or nurse practitioner<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul><div><br><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"background-color: #10a1ea;\">Step 2: Register directly with SEOCHC (only in some cases)<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some people should register with SEOCHC directly.
