South-East Ottawa CHC RFP for Strategic Planning_August 2026-PDF
South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre (SEOCHC) is looking for a qualified consultant or firm to guide the development of our next organizational strategic plan.
We are seeking a partner who can support us through some or all of the following phases:
- Stakeholder engagement and interviews (staff, board, community/clients)
- Environmental scan and organizational assessment
- Facilitation of planning sessions and/or a leadership retreat
- Drafting of goals, strategic priorities, and an implementation framework
- Development of a final strategic plan document and presentation to leadership/board
