Join our free weekly Prenatal Drop-In Sessions! A welcoming space for pregnant individuals and their support partners to connect, learn and prepare for birth and parenting. 

Led by an experienced midwife, these sessions offer:

• 1:1 support with a midwife or lactation consultant
• Information about pregnancy, birth, and newborn care
• Birth plan guidance
• Baby weight checks
• Connection to community resources
• Peer connection and group discussions                       
• And More!

Eligibility Criteria:
All pregnant and postpartum people
No registration or referral required. Just drop in!

Every Tuesday from 10am-1pm

1355 Bank St. 7^th floor (signs on the wall will direct you to the room)

SEOCHC is excited to introduce our new Midwifery Episodic Clinic, a new initiative dedicated to providing accessible, culturally responsive and compassionate care for pregnant and postpartum individuals and their families. Whether you’re newly pregnant, navigating postpartum recovery, or have questions about infant care, our experienced midwifery team is here to support you!

• Routine pregnancy bloodwork, screening, vaccines, ultrasound bookings

• Feeding support 
• System navigation 
• Family planning, contraception, HPV screening

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Pregnant or postpartum (0-6weeks) people living in Ottawa 
• People without a primary care provider 
• People without OHIP are welcome 
• People facing barriers to accessing midwifery/perinatal services

Wednesday 1pm – 7pm
