SEOCHC doesn’t just treat illnesses; we address the root causes of health inequities. Unlike traditional systems that often treat symptoms in isolation, we understand that factors like poverty, food insecurity, and unstable housing significantly impact health outcomes. Our integrated model— bringing together physicians, nurses, social workers, health promoters and other allied community staff— tackles these underlying issues, promoting long-term well-being and preventing costly healthcare crises.
Despite our success, restrictive government funding hinders our ability to fully meet the growing needs of South-East Ottawa. Your unrestricted gift can make a difference!
Donations of $10 or more are eligible for a tax receipt and go towards supporting well-being for everyone in the community.
