Wendy joined South-East Ottawa CHC (SEOCHC) following over 15 years of leadership in the health, mental health and addictions, justice and hospital sectors, including most recently with a close partner of SEOCHC’s: Sandy Hill Community Health Centre.
With a track record of navigating complex issues and systems, Wendy is recognized as a leader among partners across the city. Wendy brings a passion for data-driven decision-making and deep collaboration to her leadership style.
Josée Conway has over 10 years of experience leading in the community health sector. She is a collaborative leader with extensive experience in program development and implementation, policy development, evaluation and quality improvement, as well as leading teams during times of growth and transformation.
Justin Nesbitt has over 20 years experience in not-for-profit accounting and finance. He has a strong commitment to community and volunteers on different community group boards.
Jamila (she/her) has been with SEOCHC as an Equity Advisor since January 8, 2024. In this role, she has actively partnered with the ED and the Board in SEOCHC policy and strategy development. Jamila has been in multiple roles as a Social Worker and Counsellor, including at the Ottawa Catholic School Board and CHEO.
Jesse Wilson is a seasoned human resource leader with experience in non-profit, hospital, and community environments. He has demonstrated success in leading people systems, advising executive leadership on organizational risk and strategy, and supporting organizations through growth and change while maintaining strong, equitable people practices.
South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre (SEOCHC) is a non-profit, community-governed organization that provides a range of multi-disciplinary services to address the social determinants of health.
