Whether you’re seeking care for acute symptoms, or dealing with a minor illness or injury, or need support with your overall health, our staff are here to provide expert care when you need it most! No appointments needed!
If you are looking for more than a one-time visit, we are now accepting new patients.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Live within the City of Ottawa

- Need occasional care

- Do not have a primary care provider (Nurse Practitioner or Doctor)

- Member of a priority populations (African, Caribbean, Black, low-income, LGBTQ+, Newcomers, Refugees, etc.)

- Facing barriers to accessing care

- Tuesdays 12:00pm-7:00pm, Wednesdays & Thursdays 9:00am-4:00pm
- 1495 Heatherington Rd. Heatherington EarlyON Family Center
- Thursdays 12:30pm-7:00pm & Fridays 12:30pm-4:00pm
- 255 Donald St. (only for residents of 251 & 255 Donald St.)
- Tuesdays 9:30am-3:30pm
