Prenatal Drop Ins

SEO’s Prenatal Drop-In Program is a welcoming space for pregnant individuals and their support partners to connect, learn and prepare for birth and parenting.

Led by an experienced midwife, these sessions offer:

1:1 support with a midwife
Information about pregnancy, birth, and newborn care
Birth plan guidance
Connection to community resources
Peer connection and group discussions
And more.

All pregnant and postpartum people

No registration or referral required
