Prenatal Drop Ins

SEO’s Prenatal Drop-In Program is a welcoming space for pregnant individuals and their support partners to connect, learn and prepare for birth and parenting. 

Led by an experienced midwife, these sessions offer:

• 1:1 support with a midwife
• Information about pregnancy, birth, and newborn care
• Birth plan guidance
• Baby weight checks
• Connection to community resources
• Peer connection and group discussions
• And more.

Eligibility Criteria

All pregnant and postpartum people

No registration or referral required
