Support for Pregnancy & Infant Loss

We are deeply sorry for your loss. Losing a pregnancy or a baby is a profound experience, and grief can feel overwhelming. Please know that you are not alone, and there is no “right” way to grieve. Your feelings, whatever they may be, are valid.

Support Is Available

The resources on this page are specifically designed to support families who have experienced:

  • Miscarriage (pregnancy loss before 20 weeks)
  • Stillbirth (pregnancy loss after 20 weeks)
  • Infant death (loss of a baby after birth)
  • Neonatal death (loss of a baby in the first 28 days of life)

What These Services Offer

These organizations provide compassionate, specialized support including:

  • Peer support groups where you can connect with others who understand
  • Individual and family counseling
  • Information about the grieving process
  • Memorial and remembrance services
  • Resources for partners, siblings, and extended family members
  • Support for subsequent pregnancies after loss

Take Your Time

Healing is not linear, and there is no timeline for grief. Reach out for support when you’re ready, whether that’s right away or months later. These services will be here for you.

PAIL Network

Pregnancy and Infant Loss Network provides compassionate support for families experiencing miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death. Access peer support groups, counseling resources, and memorial services.

Roger Neilson Children's Hospice

Grief support services for families who have experienced the death of a child. Access counseling, support groups, and specialized bereavement care in a compassionate environment.
