Ottawa Seniors, we are here to help you make a transportation plan prior to your vaccine appointment.

Assistance with transportation to Covid-19 vaccination appointments is available for seniors and adults with a physical disability.

  1. Ask a family member or caregiver to provide you with a ride to your designated vaccination clinic.
  2. If you are a Para Transpo user, call the COVID-19 Vaccination Trip Reservation telephone line at 613-842-3600.
  3. Request a ride online, free of cost, through Ottawa Community Transportation after you have booked your vaccination appointment: https://communitysupport.covidresponse.ca/transportationvaccination. Ottawa Community Transportation will contact you directly. Please request transportation at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
  4. If you or someone you know require transportation but do not have online access, please call 211 and they will help complete the transportation request form on your behalf. Please have your vaccine booking confirmation number available when calling.

All COVID-19 protocols are in place to ensure the safety of the rider and the driver, and wearing a mask is mandatory.
