VOYCE On-the-go Translation

South-East Ottawa CHC implemented an easily-accessible “on the go” translation service, called “VOYCE”. In less than a year, over 1,000 translation sessions were accessed in the manifold languages that represent our clientele. VOYCE is easily accessible by tablet on a stand in the exam room, or over the phone when working from home. Our clients with language barriers have expressed how thankful they are to be able to have such an important and user-friendly service available at SEOCHC.
